DEB continues to work with “My Ice Hockey” app
Since January 2020, the Deutscher Eishockey-Bund (DEB) the trainer app “My Ice Hockey”, the software, which was developed by the Swiss company Force8 AG, simplifies and standardizes processes such as season and training planning as well as team and player management. Since its introduction into the association’s work, the effective and practical tool has proven itself to be a valuable tool in the DEB proven and has been continuously developed. Therefore, the DEB and Force8 AG have agreed to continue their cooperation until the end of June 2027. Force8 AG will remain the “Official Supplier of the German Ice Hockey Federation of the German National Ice Hockey Teams.”
“My Ice Hockey” is an online and mobile app for ice hockey coaches that allows for efficient season, training and game planning as well as team and player management. Based on the annual training plan, coaches can access a database containing over 2.000 exercises when preparing the units and plan the content in a targeted and needs-oriented manner. “My Ice Hockey” convinces the DEB especially in terms of operation and clarity. It facilitates the cooperation of the national coaches in the overall planning of the national teams and, thanks to the shared database, offers an important basis for the overall strategy of the DEB to be implemented consistently.
