Synchronize My Ice Hockey player data with customer systems (CRM)

Everyone is talking about digitalization. And, as was clear at this year’s SPORT.FORUM.SWITZERLAND, there is also a strong focus on sports. In addition to data acquisition, digitization also means managing data centrally. In the case of My Ice Hockey, players always keep their address and account data as well as the contact details of their parents in My Ice Hockey up to date. Using defined interfaces we can automatically synchronize this data with your club or association CRM. If, for example, an address changes and the athletes adjust it in My Ice Hockey, you don’t have to do anything. The mutation is updated in the background in your system. Alternatively, the data can be exported as an Excel or CSV document by the athletes.

At SPORT.FORUM.SWITZERLAND, the CTO of ZSC Lions Ice Hockey AG, Romano Caviezel, spoke about how the Lions will integrate My Ice Hockey into their CRM (see picture or video). This is an exemplary integration and offers significant added value for all those involved: all data is centralized in one place and can be reused for administration or club marketing.
