We have added two very useful new features to STAR Profile in My Ice Hockey:

1) Compare graphically coaches with players self evaluation.
Rate your players as usual in the STAR Profile and let the players fill in the self evaluation. Now you can compare these two ratings with each other in a spider web graph.

2) Define and discuss SMART Goals
We have also integrated a SMART Goals questionnaire into the STAR Profile: Define goals (what? how? by when?), have the player answer them, and go through them with them.
