Philipp Caretta is COO of Force8 AG

Philipp Caretta has been a member of the management board at Force8 AG – manufacturer of My Ice Hockey – since November 2020 and is responsible for operations, in particular for the expansion into North America and Eastern Europe as well as the co-development of our team and athlete management system for additional target groups.

He is an excellent expert in the national and international sports world as well as various sports.

Before joining us, he was head of Corporate Production at Keystone SDA AG for three years, where he was responsible for three departments that produced and organized visual content for various associations, clubs, companies and institutions. He was also responsible for cooperations with photographers and international picture agencies.

Before that, he was managing director of a Swiss sports press photo agency for seven years. His clients included the major Swiss media and he established contacts with many clubs, sports organizations and associations.

Philipp Caretta started his career in journalism. He worked for five years in the editorial department of the largest Swiss picture agency, the former Keystone AG, and then for three years as picture editor at the Tages-Anzeiger.

He obtained his Master of Arts in General History and German Studies at the University of Zurich.

He is a passionate ice hockey player and worked for several years as a member of the coaching staff in the junior section of the EHC Dübendorf. In 2019 he became Swiss champion with the veterans A of SC Küsnacht. He also holds the 1st Dan in Aikido.
