MIH :<\/strong> Salut Lele, tu es l’un des premiers supporters et fans de My Ice Hockey. Peux-tu nous en dire plus ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Oui, avec plaisir. J’ai commenc\u00e9 avec la premi\u00e8re version de MIH, que j’ai appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre et \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 Marco Parg\u00e4tzi (remarque : \u00e0 l’\u00e9poque coach de hockey sur glace et aujourd’hui CTO chez Force8 SA – le fabricant de MIH).<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Quel est ton r\u00f4le aujourd’hui ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Apr\u00e8s avoir travaill\u00e9 pour l’association, o\u00f9 j’ai pu cr\u00e9er avec vous l’outil de planification pour les cours aupr\u00e8s de la SIHF, je suis retourn\u00e9e avec mon fr\u00e8re au HC Ambri-Piotta. J’y suis responsable de la formation et des niveaux M13, ainsi que coach Skills.<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Combien de joueurs et d’entra\u00eeneurs travaillent avec MIH au HCAP Giovani ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Nous avons environ 450 joueurs, 10 entra\u00eeneurs et 70 collaborateurs du staff.<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Et maintenant, tu voulais aussi couvrir les assistants via MIH ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Exactement. Nous avons beaucoup de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles – sans lesquels notre entreprise ne fonctionnerait pas. Cela commence par les arbitres, puis les contr\u00f4leurs d’entr\u00e9e, l’organisation des juges de bancs de p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 et de points, et enfin les responsables du stand de g\u00e2teaux. Et pour cette organisation, je voulais un soutien \u00ab\u00a0num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb, que j’ai trouv\u00e9 en MIH.<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Peux-tu nous expliquer comment tu t’y prends exactement ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Tout d’abord, j’ai d\u00e9fini nos fonctions d’aide. Ensuite, j’ai enregistr\u00e9 et activ\u00e9 les aides. Il y a des b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui font toujours le m\u00eame travail. Soit parce qu’ils le veulent, soit parce qu’ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement form\u00e9s pour cela. Je peux attribuer \u00e0 ces personnes le travail souhait\u00e9. Pour les autres, je les contacte ponctuellement par e-mail. Comme les assistants ont aussi acc\u00e8s \u00e0 MIH, ils peuvent choisir les jobs encore ouverts et s’y inscrire. Le coach, le manager de l’\u00e9quipe et l’administrateur des aides ont ainsi une vue d’ensemble magnifique par \u00e9v\u00e9nement de qui se charge de quel travail – et de ce qui est encore ouvert.<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Comment cette proc\u00e9dure a-t-elle \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillie par les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Ah, c’est toujours pareil – il faut le communiquer clairement et l’introduire ou l’utiliser de mani\u00e8re cons\u00e9quente. Chez nous, il n’y a plus d’autres canaux que MIH pour la planification des entra\u00eenements et des matchs !<\/p>\n

MIH :<\/strong> Lele, as-tu un conseil \u00e0 donner aux autres coachs ?
\nLele :<\/strong> Oui, c’est vrai. Remets-toi en question pour savoir si tu tires le meilleur parti de MIH ! Utilis\u00e9 correctement, il peut faire beaucoup. Je ne parle pas seulement de la plate-forme d’aide, mais aussi des tests, des \u00e9valuations, des entretiens, de SIHF Spiele Sync, du module de tournoi ou de l’importation J+S.<\/p>\n
