A central component of this effort is the strategic leadership role played by Marcel Habisreutinger. As one of the first \u201cHead of Coaches\u201d in German ice hockey, he is responsible for the athletic guidelines and the continuous development of the entire coaching staff, from the skater school through the youth divisions.<br \/>\nIt quickly became clear to Habisreutinger that a modern, sustainable club structure absolutely requires a strong digital foundation:<br \/>\n\u201c<em>To sustainably raise the quality of training throughout the club to a new level, we need transparent processes and a consistent philosophy across all age groups. With My Ice Hockey, we have exactly the tool we need to ease the workload on our coaches in their day-to-day work and give me, as Head of Coaches, the necessary control<\/em>.\u201d<br \/>\n\u2014 <strong>Marcel Habisreutinger<\/strong>, Head of Coaches &amp; Youth Director, Young Grizzlys Wolfsburg<\/p>\n<p><strong>Official DEB Recommendation &amp; Ideal Admin Tool for the Head of Coaches<br \/>\n<\/strong><br \/>\nThis synergy is also being leveraged at the association level: The German Ice Hockey Federation (DEB) officially recommends My Ice Hockey as the central work tool for the newly created position of Head of Coaches.<br \/>\nThe platform delivers dual benefits for the Wolfsburg location:<br \/>\nReduced workload in the DEB Star Program: In the demanding certification process, all required documentation, evidence, and training data can be provided seamlessly and in a structured manner with just a few clicks.<br \/>\nComprehensive overview &amp; athletic management: As a holistic administrative tool, My Ice Hockey provides the Head of Coaches with transparent insight into the athletic development of the entire club at all times.
